Clinton Street Rehabilitation Master Plan

In 2010, the Village of Brockport commissioned Clark Patterson Lee, Bero Architecture PLLC, with Dudley C. Breed and Camoin Associates, to prepare a master plan on revitalizing Clinton Street in Brockport from Main Street to the Smith Street bridge. The master plan includes conceptual representations of potential redevelopment and rehabilitation to transform the street into a thriving space for residents and visitors. Finger Lakes Regional Economic Development Council Strategic Plan

In 2011, New York State created 10 Regional Councils and charged them with developing long-term strategic plans for economic growth within their regions.
